Statutes and operating principles

The society carries out nonprofit activities under the statutes effective from 30 September 2026. Income and surpluses are not distributed to members or officers, but are used for the society’s purposes and operations.

Members

Individuals or institutions that support the society’s purpose may become members through the application procedure and approval by the president or board.

General assembly and board

The general assembly is the highest decision-making body and meets regularly once a year. The board deliberates and decides on delegated matters and day-to-day operations.

Assets and accounting

The society’s assets are managed separately from the personal assets of members and officers. The financial year runs from 1 January to 31 December.
